Letter from Sam Youngblood - Argyle Security USA, PresidentWith the completion of the two acquisitions of PDI and Com-Tec by Argyle Security Inc, we are ready for the next evolution of growth for ISI and MCS. As our business evolves, we must reorganize to ensure that we take care of our customer. The customer is what makes us who we are as a company, and we must always work toward offering the ultimate performance and satisfaction to all of our customers at all levels. This means the customer at the jobsites, Architects, Private Prison Personnel, Developers, all General Contractor Personnel, Government Employees, and so forth. Anyone who can judge our performance and have a say in our future is crucial to our service. To continue to build our great organization and to take care of the customer, we must have additional leaders and give existing leaders more responsibility to guide our organization. Since we now have many new people through these acquisitions and our own growth, we can develop new strategies at all levels of the company. Bob Marbut and Roni Chaimovski have assisted in the development of some positive growth changes that will continue to give all of us more opportunity for career building for the company and in our own personal lives. I am pleased to announce that Argyle Security has formed a new organization to run the United States operations. This organization will be known as Argyle Security USA. I am now the President of this organization and Tim Moxon is CFO, with the entire accounting department reporting to Tim. We have also formed the Argyle Corrections sector. In the future as we acquire additional companies in the Commercial Security Business, we will set up Argyle Commercial Security to allow for growth and proper management of this sector. The Argyle Corrections sector is now the leadership entity for MCS, PDI, Com-Tec and ISI. Don Carr is the appointed President of Argyle Corrections and Mark McDonald is Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mark will also continue his role as Executive Representative for all major customers, with David Tidwell as Vice President of Marketing. Mike Peterson will remain as President of PDI. Mark McDonald will be the Interim General Manager of Com-Tec, with Jeff Paulik, President and Stephanie Qualls, Vice President, reporting to Mark until he has successfully transferred technologies between companies. Mark will also remain CTO for MCS. Jim Gabel has been promoted to President of MCS. All people working in this company will directly or indirectly, through their supervisors, now report to Jim. Jim has reorganized and delegated his direct sales responsibilities to others under him so he can dedicate 100% of his time to managing and leading all aspects of MCS, including sales, marketing engineering/CAD, programming, product development, production, project management and all field operations. Don Carr has also accepted the challenge of taking on the responsibility as president for ISI. Don has been realigning his sales and marketing responsibilities for some time now, and he believes that he has the time to oversee the entire company, include sales, marketing and operations, until this position is filled. All ISI operations, including engineering, project management and field operations, will continue to be managed by Pat McCracken. Pat has agreed to help in the transition of the MCS operations that now report to Jim Gabel. We all believe the growth potential for ISI, Com-Tec, PDI, and MCS over the next two to three years will exceed the pace we have been on the past two years. So, you can see that we need more management and leadership to control and manage the profitability of the growth. These changes also generate for more opportunities in each business for all of us. We believe these management enhancements will position us to do that. We have huge customer goal and to accomplish, however, we have our industry leaders in place to make it happen. 2007 was a good year and if we all work hard and do our part, 2008 can be even better! You will be hearing a lot regarding the details of this forward movement. Congratulations to everyone who works for and with our organization! Our hard work has allowed us the opportunity to share in this success.
